AOL Delivering Email from PR Leap Once Again

Posted March 29th, 2005 by Merrick Lozano · No Comments

It turns out AOL’s email servers were blocking email from prleap.com due to some issues with our DNS settings. We are happy to report that as of yesterday, AOL’s email servers are delivering mail from prleap.com once again. Thank you Lisa C. (PR Leap Member) for bringing this to our attention.

Features that were affected by this problem included:

  • New member sign up email
  • Forgot password email
  • Press release approval comments from PR Leap
  • Membership information change form - confirmation email

If you previously signed up and did not receive your password, please use the forgot password form to request a new one.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If at any point you find a bug in our system, please help us out by reporting it.
